Exchange & Refund Policy


Thank you for shopping at A Bit Less Bulk Store.


 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Exchange and refund can only be accepted for non-perishable and lifestyle product(s) (excluding but not limited to liquid items and soap bars).

You have up to [7] days to make an exchange for items or get a refund from the date you received the product(s). Kindly reach us via email in order to check whether the product(s) is eligible for exchange or refund.

Please email the following details to [email protected] in order for us to process your request for exchange or refund;

  • Your Name
  • Contact Number
  • Order ID
  • State your reason to exchange or refund. 
  • Photo of the product

We will respond to your email within 3 working days (Monday-Sunday, except Wednesday).


Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Kindly contact us via e-mail in order to check whether the product is eligible for exchange or refund.

You need show us the receipt of proof of purchase and payment IF you order via self-collection and same-day delivery. You only need to provide your Order ID if you order via online store.

Once we have confirmed your exchange process, you may return the product(s) to us and we will conduct a thorough check and notify you of the status of your product(s) after inspecting it.

Exchange product(s) is subject to stock availability.


Refund
 We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund upon further verifications. Do take note that we will not be responsible if the product(s) is damaged/affected due to courier service’s mishandling. 

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund within a [x] days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Return Shipping Cost

We will be responsible for your shipping costs for exchanging your item ONLY IF the mistake is on our behalf. For any other reasons (such as the buyer chooses the wrong variants), the buyer shall bear the shipping cost for returning the product(s) to us and for the new shipping cost for the new product(s) to be shipped to the buyer.
