Why some products are only available in-store?
Some products are sensitive, may need special handling and are not suitable for online deliveries (such as flour, baking soda etc. can be assumed as drugs by the courier services and biscuits are not suitable for deliveries as they can get soggy), therefore we are not able to ship these products. These products may not available for online deliveries as it will take days to be delivered, however, you can still order these products via physical store visit, self-collection and same-day delivery. Do take note that a same-day delivery is only available within Klang Valley and we may use delivery partners such as Borzo, Grab and so on. You may contact us through WhatsApp / Facebook / Instagram to get the rate for the same-day delivery.
How long does it take to ship my order?
A Bit Less Bulk Store will pack all your orders using eco-friendly packaging, reusable and recyclable materials, and we will ship it within 7 working days (Monday-Friday).* Once the order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number and you may check your order status via the tracking number.
*Kindly be informed that some delays may be expected during peak season and we are not responsible for any inconvenience encountered during delivery.
I still have not received my tracking number yet. What should I do?
Verify the email you have provided upon your online order is correct and accurate. Then, check your Spam and Promotions folders too. If you still do not see your tracking number, send us an email including your order number at [email protected] and our friendly team will get back to you the soonest.
Some of the items received are missing and/or wrong. What should I do?
Kindly send us your order number and list of items that are missing and/or wrong. Our team will verify them and will get back to you the soonest.
Can you deliver to a PO Box?
Sorry, we are unable to deliver to a PO Box address.
Can you deliver to the guardhouse security officer or hotel receptionist?
We do not advise such arrangement. However, if it is unavoidable, kindly inform us or leave a remark in your order. Please ensure the receptionists are able to receive parcels on your behalf and inform them in advance that a parcel is on the way. However, please take note that we will not be responsible for any loss and damage to the parcel.
Can I order your product(s) other than via your online store?

If you prefer to look at our product(s) yourself, you can come to our physical store located at Kepong Baru, Kuala Lumpur. You may search for “A Bit Less Bulk Store” on Waze or Google Map. Our store’s details are as follow:

You may check out our product list in the online store or from our social media accounts (Facebook & Instagram) and you may contact us through the respective account to place your order and make the payment via online banking. We will provide the online banking details once your order has been confirmed. You may come and collect your order within our operating hours (from 10am-6pm daily excluding Wednesday).
We also provide same-day deliveries within Klang Valley only. We may use delivery partners such as Borzo, Grab and so on. You may contact us through WhatsApp or our social media accounts (Facebook/Instagram) to get the rate for the same-day delivery. Place your order, make payment via online banking and you will receive your order on the same day. Make sure your contact details are correct so that our delivery partners can contact you and make sure you are at home to receive the order.
