As described by the founder himself :

Fresh and dried chilies, shallots, garlic, mixed fresh herbs, palm olein, rice vinegar, organic brown sugar, sea salt and “LOVE”

Regular Style: (Whole chicken, 1-2 Big Onion, pre-fried 2-3 potatoes, seasoning and oil)

Lightly marinate whole chicken pieces(1kg +/-) with salt and pepper for 15 minutes…

Sauté your big sliced onions with 1 Tbsp oil till translucent then add in the chicken…

Stir till chicken is ¾ cooked, pour in whole bottle curry paste and add ½ cup water (for more gravy add little more)

Simmer for a few minutes till chicken is cooked and adjust seasoning to your taste…

Eurasian Style: Same ingredients as above + Bacon bones, some cocktail sausages, cabbage(sliced roughly) and cucumber chunks (seeds removed)

Same method as above and you may add in the extra ingredients after the chicken, curry paste and ½ cup water…

Simmer for a few minutes till veggies are cooked and adjust seasoning to your taste…

Serve, eat and tambah Nasi!!!

Refrigerate after opening and consume within 9 months…
