ML Food Soy Sauce, previously known as HomeBrewed, is a traditionally brewed soy sauce, made with the goal of promoting the taste of naturally fermented soy sauce to the public. ML food soy sauce is made of basic ingredients and does not contain any chemicals such as coloring, flavoring, preservatives and other additives.
In the early days, the manufacturing of soy sauce was done at home as a hobby. Friends and family members that had a taste of their soy sauce expressed their love and satisfaction for the authentic and aromatic taste of their soy sauce. From then, ML Food Soy Sauce was established.
Traditional Light Soy Sauce is considered as a 'younger' sauce fermented for more than 3 months and is designed as a dipping sauce. Because of its' shorter period of fermentation, it has a stronger bean aroma and one can enjoy the 'umami' taste while dipping. It is also ideal for frying vegetables and steaming fish.
